CherryBlooms.com.au allows returns and exchanges within 30 days for Cherry Blooms full-priced and sale stock, and 90 Days for GrandeLASH-MD and GrandeLINER. Please email office@cherryblooms.com.au within 30 days of receiving the item if you are unhappy.
If you wish to exchange, please email us your required product/size and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock. Otherwise a store credit note will be issued.
We offer first free returns with the site (for full priced items) via Australia Post. For overseas purchases the customer will need to pay for the return of parcel.
Due to the convenience of free returns for the customer and additional cost covered by CherryBlooms.com.au please note that for any non-faulty items returned we issue a credit note not a refund. In addition, as our credit card payments are completed by PayPal we DO NOT have access to credit card numbers so we are physically unable to credit funds onto a credit card. Refunds for any faults will be paid through PayPal to your email address or via bank deposit.
Please note returns or exchanges sought from free shipping or sales specials will be a shared cost between the customer and CherryBlooms.com.au. Thus the responsibility and cost lies with the customer to return the goods to CherryBlooms.com.au by express or registered post within 30 days of obtaining goods. The postage for exchanged items postage back to the customer will be paid by CherryBlooms.com.au.Any returns need to be returned in one shipment. Any subsequent returns from the same order will incur additional shipping costs.
